On Episode 26 of Blues Chronicles, we take a look at the gifted lyricist, and powerful guitar player, Lightnin’ Hopkins. Though his first attempt at a musical career was unsuccessful, Hopkins never gave up. He made a name for himself recording hits like, “Penitentiary Blues.”
