On Episode 27 of Blues Chronicles, we examine one of two great kings of Chicago blues, Muddy Waters. His big break came in 1948 when he recorded with for Aristocrat Records, which was later called, “Chess.” Muddy is said to have been influenced by other great bluesmen before him including Robert Johnson and Son House.
